The Minnesota Fourth Congressional District (CD4) will be having its Convention to elect new executive leadership, conduct business, and possibly change their Constitution.
The Convention Call does not mention what in the Constitution is to be specifically changed. The Call had a note about registering early if you wanted to run for a position but the bylaws allow for nominations from the floor for officer and state executive positions.
CD4 will have a new chair, being that the current one Jim Carson is termed out. The current Chair candidates are Deputy Chair Michelle Manke and Dave Sina. Dave’s wife Candy Sina ran unsuccessfully for Senate District 42 last year.
There will be a number of Republican Party of Minnesota State Officer Candidates speaking or their representatives speaking in their stead. Congressional District 7 will be holding their Convention on April 22nd in Thief River Falls at the same time.

We are posting this information as a courtesy to the CD4 Republican Convention Delegates & Alternates, and others who are curious or interested in the ideals of the Republican Party, and to some of our reporter friends. We know our website is much more functional than the cd4-mngop.com site. We at saintpaulrepublicans.us do not get any funds nor donations from CD4 Republicans.
If there are any changes that we learn between now and the date of the convention we will make amendments and or additions to this post. ~~ Publius Jr.
