Grassroots involvement relies upon the easiest to use tools and being able to communicate what is needed in the field or inside during a planning session. This is why we will provide you with maps of each Ward, Precinct, House District, Senate District, Congressional District, and other maps that may be of use in St Paul and CD 4.
Note: These Wards and Precincts are in the process of change. Ramsey County voted on April 19, 2022 to finalize the new map boundaries, for County Commission Districts.
Ramsey County has new GIS Precinct Maps for all the Cities in Ramsey County. This means that you can individualize your map with various layers. The most helpful are the Legislative, Cities, and Polling Locations. You can zoom in and out of the map and concentrate on a specific area for politicking. Here is the link to the site:

St Paul Ward & Legislative Districts with Precinct detail pdfs have yet to be produced as of August 1, 2023.
One curious note is the Minnesota Secretary of State website has the new legislative districts but without precinct detail as they have had in the past, but Ramsey County Elections with a far smaller budget does have precinct detail on their Ward Maps, but have yet to have PDFs of their Legislative maps.

Saint Paul has a rich history of active and distinct neighborhoods. To support neighborhood participation in governance, the district council planning process was created in 1975. There are 17 district councils. Responsibilities of the councils include: planning and advising on the physical, economic, and social development of their areas; identifying needs; initiating community programs; recruiting volunteers; and sponsoring community events
